The Corporate M&A and ECM Team

The firm’s Corporate M&A and Equity Capital Markets teamwork on some of the largest deals in the City of London. The team possesses exceptional knowledge and genuine experience of the UK Takeover Code, with strong knowledge across all types of M&A and equity offering.

The Role

The Corporate M&A and Equity Capital Markets team are looking for an high calibre Associate Corporate Solicitor to join the M&A and ECM Corporate team on a perm basis.
You will be expected to demonstrate a flexible and innovative approach to a wide range of complex and sizable corporate deals.

The chosen Corporate Solicitor will be working on a wide array of deal types and structures, as well as corporate advisory work, alongside the Partners within the team.


  • Strong academic attainment.
  • Practicing Corporate Solicitor in the M&A and ECM field.
  • Experience gained from a strong City law firm.
  • Knowledge of UK and international transactions.
  • 1 – 4 year PQE (gained from England & Wales).
  • The firm will consider solicitors from Australia, New Zealand, Canada and South Africa.
